To meet the markets need, ACL Company assimilates the new world techniques to develop the plasma cutting machine series. The plasma cutting machine is of two types: ACL-5000 and ACL-3100. Both machines consist of a main operation system and a special software system. The control system uses an industrial computer. The cutting software is of two types: universal sheet cutting software FASTCAM and specific duct former software LANTEK. Its specification can be seen below. The frame is of welded steel construction, with a vibration coil to reduce internal stress, thus the frame is of good quality. X axis adopts high precision cycle guide and Y axis adopts high precision line guide, which can reduce moving resistance. X axis and Y axis have been tested to be installed by multi-function equipment, in order to guarantee two guides straight tolerance is less than*0.05mm and vertical tolerance of X axis and Y axis are less than*0.05mm. The industrial operation system works in windows either in English or Chinese, which can be changed easily. The maximum work speed of X axis and Y axis is 8m/min. The industrial computer uses standard CNC language and can be programmed by hand. Accoring the precision,the plasma driving system is one of three types:ACL-2000,ACL-3100 and ACL-5000.Both ACL-3100 and ACL-5000 use digital communicating servo system of world famous brand.
